Allies and Aliens

You will become an agent on an intergalactic mission for earth. Your mission, assigned by the "Earth Advantage Agency", asked you to decide if Earth should join a group called the "United Planetary Alliance" (UPA). You will have access to the Galactic Web to learn about the UPA and its member planets. Your mission is important - the Agency will be using your findings when it advises Earth on whether or not to join the Alliance.
